CHURCH PLANTING

Planting a church is our first priority. We are planting the churches where there is no witness at all. We began this church planting ministry in 2004 with 4 native missionaries and 2 co-workers. This time we have 41 native missionaries and co-workers. With their help we have planted 135 churches and house churches in India, which is the most neglected part in the world. The harvest is plentiful and we are praying for the laborers. We need your prayers and support to continue this ministry as our goal is to reach 1000 churches by the year 2030.

EMPOWERING CHILDREN

Touch a Heart–Change a Life–Support a Child

We are reaching more than 200 children in 4 different slums in four different castes of people. Many of the children are from the poorest of the poor social classes, including the Dalits or “untouchables.” 35% of school aged children do not attend school. Between the age of 13 to 19 years old, there are 33 million children, which is almost 1/3 of the total population of India.

HOPE FOR WOMEN-SEWING CENTER

Bringing new hope and life to women. We have different units to teach women to sew, in order to make them self supporting. Presently, we have more than 60 women who are being trained. Along with this we are sharing the Gospel with them and their families.

DOLLY KUMAR LIVING HOPE MEMORIAL CENTER

This new strategy allows individuals in need to build relationships with the local church and also keep their connection to their family. Gifts to this project will allow Shepherd Fellowship to provide medical care, food, clothing and toiletries to the community. We are currently serving 50 families. It requires about $12 per month per family to provide these services. This is a Light House ministry of Shepherd Fellowship.
